1. Agreement
By accessing or using a service provided by Raymi Labs Inc. (“Raymi Labs,” “we,” “us” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and any product-specific terms, order forms or policies presented to you. If you use a service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable age requirements. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and API keys, and all activity conducted through your account.
3. Services and changes
Raymi Labs provides AI infrastructure and developer tools, including Meta API. Features, model availability, pricing, limits and interfaces may change. Product documentation or an order form may contain additional terms that control for that product.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt or overload systems; evade limits or security controls; resell access without written authorization; misrepresent service output; or generate, store or distribute prohibited content.
You are responsible for evaluating outputs and for implementing appropriate human review, security and compliance controls for your use case.
5. Customer content and model providers
You retain rights you hold in content submitted to the services. You grant Raymi Labs the limited rights necessary to transmit, process and store that content to provide, secure and support the services.
Some requests may be processed by third-party model or infrastructure providers. Their availability, behavior and terms may affect service results. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for content you submit.
6. Fees and billing
Paid services are billed according to the pricing, usage records and payment terms displayed at purchase or in your account. You authorize applicable charges and are responsible for taxes except taxes based on Raymi Labs’ net income. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Raymi Labs and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, branding, documentation and related materials, excluding customer content. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Raymi Labs disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable and must not be relied upon without appropriate review.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raymi Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunities. Raymi Labs’ aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.
11. General terms
You may not assign these terms without our consent; Raymi Labs may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition or asset transfer. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable law and any agreed order form will determine governing law and dispute procedures.
